Unser Apartment ist gemütlich, klein aber luftig und hell, praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auf dem Hof gibt es viel zu entdecken; die zauberhafte Umgebung lädt zu tollen Ausflügen ein.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Hay hotel?Vacation home?Both! In our lovingly designed guest area you will find a cozy hay bed and a classic bedroom with double bed. 1 sofa bed in living area. During the renovation, care was taken to preserve much of the original charm. The rooms were airily separated and built with a lot of wood and the old brick floor was preserved. The apartment is located in the former barn building. The terrace is adjacent to the old orchard in which 3 mini sheep graze.

A bike ride along the now harvested fields, another swim in the idyllic lake or a game of golf in the wonderfully expansive landscape. You will find all of this very close to your cosy holiday apartment "Land in Sicht". At the same time, you can Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the university city and Sailing City, enjoy a fish sandwich among surfers and ships, and end the day on the beach. Come and enjoy the sparkling mix!

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover.
