By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

It is very nicely located near the forest and is very suitable for hiking trips and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, please note that the studio only has a toilet; there is no shower or bathtub available.

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
