Perfect for festival visitors: You can easily walk to the Festspielhaus in only 10 minutes. The city center is about 2.5 km away – ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature but still want to be quickly in the heart of Bayreuth. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

Set on the edge of the small village of Mehlmeisel in the Fichtelsee region of Northern Bavaria this older style house is perfect for families or a small group of friends. Perfect for hiking from Spring to Autumn, weekend skiing in the Winter or just relaxing in the clean crisp air. With a double bedroom downtairs, a large open airey room upstairs with double sofa bed, a small room with a single bed, and a kitchen equipped with the essentials.

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

4-room apartment near Bayreuth

Ski season is open! About 20 km away is the Wagner and World Heritage city of Bayreuth. Muckenreuth is located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate and is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. Welcome to the Fichtelsuite. The apartment consists of three recently renovated rooms with 67 square meters with balcony. There are two bedrooms. One has a box spring bed and one has our alcove bunk bed, which can also be used by adults. Looking forward to winter lovers, mountain bikers and hikers visiting our apartment. We have selected exclusive kitchen equipment: Bock on waffles, fondue, or raclette? No problem - the kitchen appliances are there....
