It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus Meeresbrise mit 56 qm freut sich auf Ihren Besuch. Ihre Kinder und ein Hund sind herzlich willkommen. Das Haus wurde 2022 komplett saniert und verfügt über WLAN, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, neues Bad, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen Essplatz sowie 3 Schlafzimmern. Das Haus hat einen eigenen uneinsehbaren, teileingezäunten Garten, sowie einen Abstellraum für 2 Fahrräder. Die Touristensteuer von 2€ pro Person und Nacht ist zusätzlich zu zahlen.

In misschien wel het leukste laantje van het mooie Bergen, verwelkomen wij een ieder die in een pittoresk vrijstaand huisje met eigen terras op comfortabele sfeervolle manier wenst te verblijven. Het huisje kent een eigen opgang. Beneden bevinden zich de keuken (geen vaatwasser), eettafel, zithoek met 2 fauteuils, TV en badkamer met douche en toilet. Gaan we via de houten wenteltrap naar boven kom je onder het puntdak alwaar een goed 2-persoonsbed en opbergruimte te vinden zijn. Welkom!

Woonstede Baanwerf tranquility in historic Warmenhuizen

Take a break in this quiet, yet centrally located house. You will stay in the detached house on the property at our Stolpboerderij. It was probably built around 1900 as a barn for cows and calves. It is located at the foot of the church mound and borders the park. The spacious terrace is south-facing and wonderfully private. Various shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The widest and highest dune area, quiet beaches and cities are within cycling distance.

Wonderful holiday home near forest, dunes and sea!

Welcome to our lovely vacation home located in the beautiful town of Schoorl, within walking and cycling distance of the forest, the dunes and the sea. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small south-facing garden with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 nice bicycles with gears at the cottage.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
