Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Charming renovated apartment with large garden.

Our guest house in the center of Limmen was completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc.) 3 min. walk. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 min), but also Alkmaar (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) are easily accessible. Parking is available on the street and is free. You can use the bicycles for free. You will have a private piece of garden at your disposal.

Our cozy B&B is centrally located in the head of North Holland. Because of this location we are very easy to reach both by car and by public transport. The cottage is completely private in a very large garden with its own sunny terrace. Make use of all facilities offered including digital TV & internet. The lodge is located approximately 10 km from the beach and you can also make many nice trips. Visit Enkhuizen, the cheese market in Alkmaar or take the train to Amsterdam.

A charming retreat, our private guest suite is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The space is bright & beautiful, with a lofted, beamed ceiling and large four-poster bed. Private entrance through the shared garden. It is 25 minutes to Amsterdam center and 15 to Ajax Arena, Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live, & Schiphol Airport. A train station nearby allows access beyond Amsterdam. Free parking, wifi, cable, tea & coffee. Suite is deep cleaned & disinfected after every stay.

Enjoy "Ein wenig Meerzeit"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.

At the end of a dead-end road at the bottom of the dike overlooking the "Eilandspolder" nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from the "de Havik" mill, hidden between the reeds and right on the ring canal, is the "De Smid" vacation home. 30-minute drive from Amsterdam Noord. 30-minute drive from the Noord Zeestrand.
