The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Completed in January 2025, this 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet yet central location offers the ideal starting point for your stay. A terrace and wifi make the comfort perfect. You can park right outside the door. Shopping is just 1 minute away on foot. The Lewitz bike path on the Stör Canal to Schwerin is right outside the front door. Opposite, it goes directly into the beautiful nature of the Lewitz. Linens and towels are furnished.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and 15000m² garden and courtyard complex. Both flats have separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but not accessible by public transportation. There is no wifi! However, a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum 2 people!No pets allowed
