Newly renovated, bright 2-room apartment in the center of Havelberg. The house was built in the 19th century and has been renovated since 2021. Thus, some modern vacation apartments have been created in this house. In addition, there is a barbecue area with a fire basket, a sauna and a hot tub (bathtub for 6 people) in the garden right in front of the house for our guests to use free of charge. A bicycle garage is also available directly on the property and is included in the price of the accommodation.

Our beautiful apartment no. 3 is located on the north side of the estate and has about 95 m² of living space. The apartment is equipped with a shower room, spacious living / dining area and two separate bedrooms. In the living area there is a sofa bed. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and extends over two levels. The fully equipped kitchen as well as the open living room and bathroom are located in the lower area; the bedrooms are located in the upper area.

The 25 m² terrace with garden access invites you for breakfast in the morning sun. The 1000 m² garden can be used incl. the pool (seasonal) can be shared by you.

Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained orchard is located on the outskirts of town and is therefore a great place to relax and watch numerous birds. This is where the fox and the hare actually say goodnight to each other and in the morning you are woken up by the chirping of birds. On hot summer days you can enjoy shade under a beautiful canopy of leaves. Various seating areas, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also available.

In the protected landscape area there is the insider tip: Weinzierl Horsemanship – an alternative community whose smallest common denominator are the horses. You can retreat, work, laze, or join the community. From breakfast buffet to the last red wine by the campfire. Our bikes and trained horses are at your disposal for ground work or for horseback riding under instructions. A pleasure for beginners as well as for experts.
