We were particularly enthusiastic about the great hot tub and sauna, which offered pure relaxation after a long day on the golf course. Hosts have thought of every detail and created a feel-good atmosphere. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend this house!”

We felt very comfortable. The communication was free and very accommodating. Check in via code box was simple and functional. Luxury with sauna and jacuzzi tub tubs.

We were my parents there with our dog. The location and amenities are great! We can also use the barbecue on the terrace and have been able to spend nice evenings there. Our personal highlight was Sauna! :) All in all, a nice and relaxing holiday in a wonderfully rural setting.

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

We stayed with 7 women in the house and felt very comfortable. Interesting, individual amenities with lots of charm. The wellness area exceeded our expectations. The contact with the host was very nice and straightforward. We definitely feel like coming back. Thank you for the wonderful time in the wonderful reedhouse.

James rents several apartments on his property and we felt very comfortable in the larger apartment on the first floor. The apartment has a lot of personal character and is characterized by James' creative signature. The pictures give an accurate impression. The large dining table is simply first-class. We were there in cold temperatures and the abundant wood-burning stoves made the apartment cozy and constantly warm without much effort. No electrical support needed. A little more basic equipment in the kitchen would be great (olive oil, etc.), otherwise the kitchen is well equipped. James is a friendly and helpful host, we would love to come back to at any time.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment for a small private break in Stralsund and it was all great. Only a few pillows on the sofa and maybe a cuddly blanket were missing, but that's really complaining at a high level. Otherwise, everything you needed was there and also for cooking all the necessary utensils were available. I'd love to come back and thank you for the unproblematic and easy contact 😊🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

I really liked the apartment. It's definitely also something for a longer stay. I was quickly helped with any issues The weekly cleaning service was great and very friendly. The connection is perfect; it only takes 3 minutes to get to the tram and you can get everywhere very quickly. Thank you to the nice hosts. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Haus Rosalie! The house is lovingly decorated – the eclectic style is exactly our taste, and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was super clean, well appointed and with lots of lovely touches that made the stay special. The contact with Anita was warm and straightforward. After a day visiting the former concentration camp Sachsenhausen, we slept one night at Martina's place in this spacious accommodation with shops and restaurants within driving distance. It was wonderfully quiet and we slept well! Martina was very welcoming. Thank you very much for a great stay!

I can recommend the property 100%. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to arrive well before 5 PM. There were drinks for us in the fridge and ice cream in the freezer to welcome us. The apartment was clean and likeable, equipped with masses of games for rainy days. From table tennis to campfires to bicycles for all ages, it had it all. Since the train to Rostock stops 100 meters from the house once an hour, even a car would not be absolutely necessary. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back! There are numerous activities in the area that provide a lot of fun, and the accommodation itself is ideal for families with children. The amenities are great, and everything is child-friendly. We chose to stay with Sten and his family because of the good reviews and extensive play opportunities for our children. After nine nights and a super relaxed vacation, we can also recommend this to all other families. Sten and his family were super nice and always helpful and interested in our well-being. There was nothing missing in the apartment. There are numerous excursions in the surrounding area. We were very pleased with our own eggs, honey and delicious mirabelle. It's a perfect place to relax from the big city. Especially the combination of garden, sauna, fireplace and swimming pool are unbeatable.

Mike welcomed us warmly and showed us the place in detail. An absolute highlight was the sauna, which gave us wonderful moments of relaxation. The quiet surroundings are ideal for unwinding and everything is within walking distance. Just 15 minutes you can reach a beautiful lake, perfect for relaxing walks. The nearby train connection also makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful apartment that has everything you need to feel good. Beautifully quiet :) and a good starting point for day trips to Schwerin, Wismar and the Baltic Sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
