The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as children's books and toys. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

The cozy DG apartment consists of 1.5 rooms, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The single beds are 1x2m and stand together in the living room as a double bed. They are not to be moved apart. This living room also includes the dining area and desk. The apartment is one of 2 detached apartments on the 1st floor with common entrance with the permanent residents, but can be used completely independently. Residents of the house also include a dog, who does not have access to the apartments.

A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Infants up to 2 years stay free of charge. Please register children aged 2 or over as an additional person so that the bed linen and towel package is included. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 1 to a maximum of 2 children.

Another sleeping place for 1-2 people is located under the roof.

The two-room apartment is located in a traditional half-timbered house about 10 minutes by car from Wolfsburg city center. It is located on the second floor and is reached via a staircase. The bathroom was modernized in 2020. Compact vehicles can be parked in the yard and larger ones on the street about 20-30 meters further. The washing machine & dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee of €2.
