MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Our house is set in a park-like garden of 7,000m² and is surrounded by meadows and fields. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can relax and unwind. Das Industriedenkmal aus den 50er Jahren fand nach 35-jährigem Winterschlaf 2003 seine neue Bestimmung. Seither steht der ehemalige Wasserturm Urlaubern, die das Besondere suchen, mit allem Komfort zur Verfügung. Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

Vacation rental Alte Siedlung 74 m²

The holiday home is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster North Sea coast. About 800 m from the center of the village, the old settlement with 14 houses was created in the 50s. The accommodation is on the 1st floor and has 74m². Due to its central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the FeWo is the ideal starting point for all day trips.
