Our newly renovated holiday apartment in Duisburg-Bissingheim is idyllically located on the Blue Lake between the Mülheim City Forest, the Six Lakes Plateau and the Wedau Sports Park. On the 2nd floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a workstation, a modern kitchen with a sofa bed, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with Tchibo Cafissimo, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom with window, shower and hairdryer offers everything you need. Ideal for short breaks, nature, work or family visits.

Great connection to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf, subway/S-Bahn, bus and highways, but in the forest in a quiet location, within walking distance to the Duisburg sports park (top running routes!), equipped with a workplace for your notebook (monitor HDMI, external keyboard & mouse, own landline phone). For basic needs in the back small room, there is a microwave, coffee machine, hot water heater, toaster, mini fridge e.g. for drinks, dishes, replenishment of terry towels, small 2nd workstation.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
