We had a great time - Maurits and Anke were really quick in responding to questions. The studio is really cozy and has everything needed for our three nights (if one would want to cook, it would be possible). We were welcomed by lovely Friesian cookies, always an highlight! We went for a day trip to Schiermoonnikoog which we can highly recommend!

A beautiful, cozy house right on the canal, which was furnished with a lot of attention to detail and has everything you need. Communication was easy, friendly and fast. Even before arrival, Connie provided us with all the important information. Despite the bad weather, we (8 people) had enough space in the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come again!

We had a great time, the place is as pictured and described, a very nice well-equipped tiny house. No problem for our dog too, he was comfortable. We didn't know this part of the Netherlands, but we'll come back for sure!

We spent a weekend with two families including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with all comforts. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis table, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the area. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. THANK YOU for the hospitality Mieke!

Compact studio equipped with everything you need, with beautiful garden and view of the church. Piet Paaltjens lived in the rectory, his poem on the wall. Quiet environment, lots to see, good base. Yfke and Henk are very friendly and have created a beautiful place. Repeatable!

Very nice house with a lot of charm and character. We had a great time! The old school is very lovingly furnished with many beautiful and thoughtful details. The village is small, the area is very quiet with lots of nature. It's not far to the Wadden Sea, we had a great guided mudflat hike. The accommodation is highly recommended, the hosts very nice and helpful. Thank you!
