We stayed here for 2 months while we waited for a new apartment to be ready. Absolutely lovely apartment in a charming town. Walkability to the river was amazing. Sven was so helpful and made the place feel right at home. We were sad to check out!

Very large apartment for 2 people. Bright and cool, located in a garden on the edge of the forest. Winegrowers and restaurants within 300m. Great 😊

I am extremely satisfied with my stay for around a month in Caroline's place. The location is perfect as it is right near the bus stop and train station and a supermarket at around 5 mins walking distance. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated that gives a modern as well as a classic feel. I liked the small yet fantastic touches of arts. It is equipped with everything that is necessary, even cooking essentials like spices, rice, flour... pretty much everything. Carolin is an extremely helpful woman. I am truly touched by the warm hospitality and highly recommend this place.

The apartment (a private house with patio) was the only really modernly built and furnished accommodation between Mainz and Worms that we could find. That alone was worth it. Unfortunately, nothing was available in 2024, so only now, in May 2025. Bright and friendly, well-equipped with all modern standards, perfectly cut and practical to live in. There was nothing wrong with it. At the centre for us was a large table with a perfect ratio of table height (72 cm) and seat height for eating and working. Bedrooms and beds were well sized. Everything worked in the bathroom. A week of total well-being. We did not use the TV, sound system and the large Weber grill. We found Alexander himself to be friendly, uncomplicated, competent and helpful. We used the one-week stay in Budenheim to go on tours by bike and train - to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and to wine villages in the Rheingau. We didn't have enough time for Rhine Hesse.

Accommodation well equipped and very tastefully furnished. There was nothing missing. - super nice hosts.

Sebastian was friendly, always very easy to reach and responded immediately. It offers good wines at fair prices. The location was good, supermarkets and train station within walking distance. As mentioned in the reviews, there is a railway line nearby, which you can hear in the living room, in the bedrooms the trains are significantly quieter. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

I was in Katja's apartment at the Besselich monastery estate for the second time and I will come back next year. Fantastically beautiful and everything exactly as described.

I was in Wiesbaden for work and only used the bed and bathroom. But there is also everything for a longer stay, even a washing machine. It was very quiet, the house is in 2nd row on a small street in a residential area. I received a friendly welcome in the evening.

Lovely Airbnb, definitely recommend! Very cosy and has everything you could need. Kerstin and Benedict are both super friendly and helpful, left lots of great recommendations. In a great area slightly outside of the city, but very quick and easy to get the bus (or drive) into Wiesbaden. Thank you for a great stay!!

We were very pleased with our stay! The place was well equipped – it had everything you need. The hostess was always available and very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful, perfect for relaxing with a lot of nature all around. Clear recommendation for anyone seeking peace and quiet!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The check-in was straightforward and a free parking space was available a few minutes away. We enjoyed it very much.

Our stay was extremely pleasant and Ute was extremely accommodating and friendly. Very clean apartment with all the amenities. She was so thoughtful that she out a rug and bowls for our little fur ball. I will definitely recommend Ute and would love to stay at her place again.

This is the perfect location in Mainz. Completely walkable area. Close enough to attractions while maintaining privacy, peace, and quiet. Heiko was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful apartment! We were very satisfied. Apartment corresponded to the pictures and description. Due to the immediate proximity to the main station, it was quite loud if you want to sleep with the window open. Good location, Aldi in the backyard, baker in the main station opposite, very tasty Italian directly under the accommodation. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to the old town. Communication with Oussama is very reliable and fast. We messed up with the door lock and reached the hosts directly! Very lovingly furnished, bright and clean apartment! The facilities are excellent! We had a great stay!

Verena and Marc were absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help with anything I needed and truly made me feel at home. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and very well taken care of. If I ever return to Mainz, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

We were completely satisfied. A great place to stay that we would book again and again. Dominik was always directly accessible and friendly. In addition, he also proactively reported with useful information about the accommodation. :-)

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You don't lack anything, you feel right at home. Just arrive, store his belongings in the cabinets or in their desired places, some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with spacious jacuzzi bathtub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes on foot in the Ferlder. Beautiful rape fields with the Frankufurter skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to swarm out in the Taunus in a few minutes to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation in.

It was like a piece of Tuscany in the middle of Germany. The garden with pool and whirlpool as well as the view were a dream. The apartment was tastefully furnished, we found everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and were able to fulfil all our wishes. The environment offers a lot of peace and nature, beautiful for long walks with the dog. We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back!
