When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy sitting outside. The place is located directly on the Kylltalradweg and offers, in addition to the ice caves, a forest trail, as well as the Lindenquelle, many hiking trails and excursion destinations in the area. Within walking distance are the train station, a bakery, an ATM and a restaurant.

The apartment is in Daun, OT Pützborn, in a quiet location. The walk to Daun goes uphill. In the village is the wildlife park and REWE (open until 10 pm). The volcanic Eifel, known for its Maare, has many beautiful walking and cycling trails. The Eifelsteig is nearby. Via the cosmos bike path, you can easily reach the Maare-Mosel bike path. The Nürburgring and all sightseeing can be reached by car. The Daun-Senheld airport offers sightseeing flights over the Maare, the Mosel or the Nürburgring.
