All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The historic half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2024 and impresses with a combination of classic and modern. The location is ideal for walking to downtown as well as for day trips to the Odenwald. But even rainy days are catered for with a flat-screen TV, couch, fast internet and a modern fitted kitchen with a Nespresso machine.
