Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Do you want to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle and routine and relax or experience some adventure in nature? In our cabin in the seclusion of the forest, you can relax beautifully and completely switch off. You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage/Einzellage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony.
