Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

On the upper floor you enter the spacious living room, equipped with a traditional tiled stove, a bedroom with a large double bed, as well as the kitchen and a bathroom plus toilet. If you go down one floor, you will come across two more bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom also with a toilet. The Karlstift house also has a garage space and a nice terrace with adjoining garden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The witch's house is located in the heart of the Wald4/teil. You can get right into the circular hiking trail to Lohnbachfall. There are plenty of mountain bike trails all around. There is a forest pool and natural bathing ponds nearby. From 5:00 pm, you can use the wellness facilities in the nearby spa house. In the winter, it is not far to skiing or cross-country skiing.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.
