Tucked away in the hilly low mountain range landscape of northern Hesse and surrounded by orchards, lies the historic Malberg manor house with its extensive history dating back to 1253. The reinvention of the old forester's lodge from 1964 was completed at the end of 2022. The house on the outskirts invites you to a quiet and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Edersee cycling path. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Edersee, Diemelsee and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also much to discover in Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg are about 35 minutes away.
