The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Your studio stands out for itself, only an internal staircase we share. The whole environment is a dream for hiking, marveling at heaven, and dreaming.

Location and amenities Just a few kilometers away from the idyllic Edersee, the apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful residential area in Sachsenhausen. The small town offers all basic shopping facilities as well as doctors, pharmacies, banks, etc. The Ederseebahn bike path is a good starting point from which to plan bike rides and hikes to the Edersee and the surrounding villages and towns. This is located about 300m from the apartment.

The apartment is in a central but quiet location. In just 350 m you can reach the Sperrmauer, the Sperrmauervorplatz with numerous restaurants and the Aquapark. The zoo is also only 1 km away. Shopping (fresh market, butcher, ATM) can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The accommodation offers a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a daylight bathroom with shower as well as a living, dining area and separate sleeping area.

Only 5 minutes drive from Lake Edersee and 10 minutes from Waldeck Castle, which offers a beautiful view over Lake Edersee as well as the national park. Here you can relax in peace, lie in the garden or use the many possibilities of the third largest reservoir in Germany. Stand-up paddle and bike can be rented on site at an extra cost and deposit deposit.

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform above the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the jungle path and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "crown jewel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and nobly furnished.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
