Lovingly furnished apartment in Aschaffenburg city center in a very quiet location. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the view is fantastic. Only 900 m from Aschaffenburg train station, 500 m to the city center and 250 m from the Main. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed Wi-Fi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

The spacious living and dining area is complemented by the cloakroom in the entrance area and an office corner. The kitchen offers everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar that makes your day easier. In the bathroom you will find a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin, a dining table and a small seating area. A great distant view from the windows in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seat in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all the shopping opportunities.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of my house in Hain im Spessart. The house itself is built on a slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 steps. In the house itself, there are 15 steps up. The number of guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible that more guests will come. A double air bed can still be set up.
