Haus Wienerroither

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Our Zirbenhütte is located in the middle of green nature, surrounded by forest and meadows at an altitude of 1,300 m. The hut was built from fragrant stone pine both inside and out and renovated with great attention to detail. The old was skilfully combined with the new in order to preserve the rustic hut flair and still offer guests a pleasant stay. Numerous hikes can be undertaken from here - a paradise for nature lovers.

In the apartment there is a small bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, a sink with mirror cabinet and a toilet. In the living area, the sofa bed has a cozy dining area and a TV. A small kitchenette with sink, storage, refrigerator and two ceramic fields. A separate bedroom is adjacent to the living area. Here is the bed (140x200 cm) and a dresser as another storage space.
