Room/Sakura with P Non smoking Building Layout The first floor of this building is my office and reception area. Your guest room is located on the second floor, accessible via a private outdoor staircase. There is only one guest room on the second floor,corner room! A private outdoor drying pole is available, perfect for drying swimsuits and other items. Two dedicated bicycle racks are installed outside for guest use. Because this building sits about one floor higher than the neighboring houses, the guest room is positioned at approximately the height of a third floor. Property Layout & Privacy There are three buildings within the property. Each building is constructed at different elevations, creating natural separation and ensuring privacy for all guests. Please refer to the property map for details. Convenience & Transportation A bus stop is located about a 10‑minute walk away. Buses run every 10–15 minutes to major destinations in Wakayama, including JR Wakayama Station and Nankai Wakayamashi Station, making access very convenient. In the mornings, there is also a direct limousine bus to Kansai International Airport. Certified Cyclist‑Friendly Accommodation This room is officially recognized as a Wakayama Prefecture Cyclist‑Friendly Accommodation. Up to two bicycles may be brought inside the room. Two bicycle racks are installed on the outdoor staircase leading to the second floor. Garden Terrace with Ocean View & Full Access to Shared Facilities Guests can enjoy a garden terrace with a beautiful ocean view, as well as full access to the shared kitchen and dining room located on the first floor of the separate building. The entire first floor of the annex is available for your use: 2 shower rooms 2 toilets 2 washbasins 1 washing machine (When many guests are staying, please use the washing machine only. The dryer is available during late-night hours only.) Kitchen Dining area The shared kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, microwave, toaster, basic seasonings, ice maker, and a water dispenser. There are two dining tables: one for 6 people and one for 4 people. A high chair for children is also available. A projector is provided for your use. Pets Pets are welcome within the outdoor areas of the property. However, pets are not allowed inside other buildings (Hanare-Hinoki and the main guesthouse building).
