Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wakayama

Ichie place was a charming traditional Japanese home. It had character and was in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to find and get to. Ichie also made us breakfast to go which worked out perfect for us since we were getting an early start to hike the KUMANO kodo. The cakes provided were so delicious! The host was very understanding and flexible when I asked to change my check in time. Thank you so much! Had a great stay!

It was nice to be welcomed by a caring couple, and the room was relaxing! Although there are many private lodging far from the station, it was also helpful to be within walking distance from the station. Thank you for telling us a lot about Wakayama. The rice I received is also very delicious and the bath is spacious! I wanted to see the surroundings, so it was also helpful to be able to rent a bicycle. This time, I will be a guest at a coffee shop, thank you very much (^_^)

It was good that it was very hospitable! It was great because it was close to the sea, so it was great to be able to walk or have a shower outside when you come back from the sea. I was very satisfied with the BBQ!

what a beautiful stay it was- perfect. i was looking to be away from the crowds and completely be immersed in the countryside in a grandparents' house.... and i found it here. Yasuto and his wife were so nice and accomodating, when i got home later than usual one night he even started to worry about me. there is nothing much to do around here, but the beauty is there if you look for it.

Yuki is very kind and flexible. She gave us a ride from Kansai airport to her room. It helped us because my family was tired owing to a long flight. Her house is also big, clean and nice. If you have a long flight and want to find a place to get relaxed soon, I would recommend her house! It’s nice and quiet.

If you want to choose a Japanese-style house based on the sea, I highly recommend this homestay (^ ^)/♫♪!The host was very kind to recommend us good and inexpensive restaurants in the neighborhood, and specially called to help us make an appointment and communicate with the restaurant and it was like coming home!It is well known to have a strong independent ability to travel, but such care and thoughtfulness are very touching.🥹 We chose to stay with only three of us when traveling during the off-season, just like contracting a house!The last day also selected another small villa of the host, the vintage blue is very cozy, if this review can be placed with photos, the house is very, very close to the airport, the hostess drove us to the airport in the morning, we had a great chat!The surroundings of the house are very similar to a movie I like, it is a quiet, nice, and not noisy place o (^▽ ^) o You can really feel the Japanese life away from the hustle and bustle of the city, both of which are close to the station!

Perfect guesthouse with a restaurant in Hashimoto close-ish to the trailhead for Choishi-Mochi trail. I arrived quite late in the evening after some travel delays, and left at 5 AM to start the trek to Koyasan the next day. The host and his wife were so gracious to wait for my arrival, and then cook me breakfast before I left. All the amenities are there for a comfortable stay, plus the hosts are really kind and curious to chat. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time relaxing both physically and mentally during this stay. The scent of wood the moment I opened the door of the room was pleasant, and the unified amenities with Muji were very easy to use.The view from the window is also fantastic, and I would definitely visit again whenever the season changes. I had a 2-year-old child, so it was difficult to move my luggage, but the accommodation was very helpful.We also really appreciated your warm hospitality when we went out for an evening meal and took the time to drive us. Thank you very much for a relaxing stay in a nice room.

Memorable stay, Yoshino is very beautiful. Our hosts were helpful, nice and responsive. We felt at home.

The futons were some of the comfiest on our trip. The BBQ dinner was a fun new experience. The lunch bag for a few extra ¥ was delicious and great for the next day of walking.

The place was very homey and friendly! I loved how attentive the hosts were and how we had a very lovely lunch and breakfast with everyone staying at the place. Wonderful spot and incredible experience right after an amazing walk through the Kumano Kodo. Really loved this place!

As a devoted MUJI fan, this place felt like stepping into my dream space. Everything in the room—from the furniture and amenities to the subtle scent in the air—reflected the brand’s serene and thoughtful design. The host was incredibly kind, and both breakfast and dinner were prepared with great care and delicious. Soft natural light filtered through the wooden frames and paper screens, and when I opened the window, I was greeted by a lush, green view. The play of light and shadow was quietly enchanting.

Special B&B, the environment is beautiful and clean. You can see the sea directly from the window in the room. You can also see the beautiful sea view and a cute little courtyard.What is most memorable is that the Hashimoto couple are especially friendly and warm people, and staying here for three days feels like coming home.To their fortune, I left a very good memory in Shirahama, thank you ~
