Some activities you will enjoy are: whale watching, swimming with dolphins and seals, kayaking, and walks in the Kaikoura native bush.

The Factory Loft House occupies the 200sq meters portion of the historic Hapuku Dairy Factory building. This is a self-catered option only with a full kitchen and kitchenette downstairs and coffee/tea/ mini fridge upstairs.
