Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Albany apartment! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Albany—five stars all the way!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Great location on beautiful Waiheke Island. Lots of steps (as expected) so you need to have a reasonable fitness level.

Absolutely beautiful stay, well worth the drive. The room was stunningly beautiful with an amazing lookout onto the beach. Host was extremely friendly and communicative, we throughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 we would definitely stay again.

The apartment was immaculate and stylish, with beautiful views of the water. Dianne and David were welcoming and friendly and helped make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the peaceful location and look forward to staying there again.

Morgan was helpful. The house in its heyday would have been a bustling, family home, now filled with 'ghosts of families past'. It is old but big, full kitchen; internal garage very useful. Keys in locks, wouldn't turn but her Mum came & got the door open thankfully. Lounge pictures spooky, not attractive; suggest changing them up to make it more welcoming. I appreciated the filtered H2O & the Mothers kindness of coming over & making the gate dog safe. Yes, 15 min walk to big Manly beach. It is a beautiful beach! It is in the burbs, a house in a street, not on the beach, as you may think when reading the ad, but not far! You will hear neighbours doing their thing as have houses behind, front & next to you; some very close. A/c is the saving grace as the white noise blocks noise out & keeps the temperatures comfy. A bit dusty/musty outside & in garage but inside kept well & clean thanks to Mama bear I am sure! Nice tree filled street. Close to shops/restaurants. The stay suited our need

The two suites were perfect for us, giving couples some privacy but having a communal lounge/kitchen. Ali was very thoughtful and caring.

Had a great stay! My biggest concern was my dog: the property is fully fenced and I was able to relax knowing she was safe. It’s also a great place for humans: really clean and with everything you need. Easy walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants - I do recommend staying here. Thank you Julie 😀

Outdoor pool is very large and amazing space to relax. Beach is really close and the local restaurant is fabulous. Close to orewa if you really need stuff- but plenty to do on the beach and surrounds

We enjoyed our stay - the location was good (close to motorway and Albany shops), and the neighbourhood is quiet. The place was modern, clean, spacious, and warm - we couldn't ask for more!

We used Stacey’s home as a base for our wedding weekend. It is in a rural location but the home is easy to find. It was neat, clean and had stunning views. The home is fully equipped which came in handy. Stacey is also super responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. Great coffee place across the road. Everything was very well described and Carol was a responsive and helpful host. Thanks 😊

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

This is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is new, modern and clean. The furnishings are second to none. The location could not be any better. More than all of that, Michael goes above and beyond to be a first-class host. There are numerous extras such as cheese, fruit, fresh artisan bread just to name a few, which makes the whole experience really wonderful. Such a thoughtful host and I would highly recommend to anyone.

This lovely AirBnB really did exceed all our expectations. The fridge and kitchen were so well stocked with staples and some treats. Waking up to the sunrise each morning was a magical way to start the day. We were able to walk out of the back of the property and along the coastal path to Takapuna and Milford beaches. It was hard to believe we were in an urban environment. The place was homely, so comfortable and had everything we needed. This was the best AirBNB we have ever stayed in and would love to book again in the future. Catriona and Ian
