Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Rur- Idylle I

Spacious apartment, in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. On site, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee in cash from January 1, 2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be passed on by us 1:1 to the municipality of Simmerath!

It is located in a small village 15 minutes from Durbuy. 3 bedrooms are available as well as 2 bathrooms Suitable for families, couples, and quiet groups of friends. Swimming pool closed for winter (opening in early May) Hot tub (electrically heated) available. Private tennis court in "Red Court" renovated in 2022 available 300m from the house. This brand new outdoor accommodation, including private hot tub, since May 2022 is the perfect base for the real peace and nature lover, cyclist or hiker. In April 2023, this stay became even more unique due to the landscaped nature garden. Here you can enjoy everything nature has to offer in peace and quiet. Feel free to take a walk through here. Discover our single-storey house located at the gates of the Ardennes and 15 minutes from Liège. Completely renovated and in a green setting, it will bring you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay. The center of Tilff, located 400 meters away, offers shops, cafés and restaurants. Large supermarkets are available nearby. Many woods and paths along the river will also allow you to make beautiful walks or bike rides.
