Very lovely apartment — I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, always making sure everything was perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and located in a great neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice and Simone responded very quickly to my messages. The bikes are a nice extra, making the center easier to get to. The apartment is also close by a nice park and supermarket. in general a very clean and nice place to stay!

Although the living space is small, the apartment has everything 2 people could need, and everything is tastefully done. Great shower, comfortable bed, and good kitchen amenities. Saskia lives nearby and was on hand if needed, but her instructions were clear, so it wasn’t necessary to call on her. The most convenient aspect of the location is that the Albert Heijn grocery store is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, with a great selection of products.

The stay was very pleasant. Everything matched the descriptions and pictures. The apartment was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The landlord was always available and very friendly! Everything is recommended! Everything is great!

Very cozy and especially clean home. The location is great! Right in the city center, so close to everything. The owner can easily reach you and responds quickly to messages, because we had booked a few days. We will definitely recommend this home to others!!

Good communication with Jennifer and a warm welcome. The cottage under the impressive Lindeboom fully met our expectations. A modern spacious bathroom and a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Jennifer and her husband were very helpful. Good information about the area was available in the form of books and maps. We have been able to take beautiful bike rides in the area. Supermarkets are within 15 minutes by car. Well-functioning wifi. The price-quality ratio is excellent. In short, a great place to stay.

We had a really wonderful time in this lovely apartment! It is located in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozily furnished on the inside. Nice large bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who had even arranged a camp bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️

Emiel's accommodation is truly fantastic! Everything that is described and in the photo is correct, in fact, in real life it is even more beautiful! This place is highly recommended!

My son and husband used the butterfly house for a few days because of a bmx competition in Apeldoorn. It was a wonderful veg stay, good care from Ans. They felt comfortable and warmly welcomed. Top stay!

A great studio apt with a beautiful garden in back, located in a quiet neighborhood of charming Utrecht. We enjoyed the space so much that we came home early one day just to sit in the garden and relax! Fun coffee shop a few doors down on the left and great gelato at the other end of the block, otherwise residential and quiet. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the studio for a couple of days to work and because I had to be in Amersfoort and Utrecht. Very nice quiet base. Easily accessible and top wifi. Contact with Annemarie went very well. Please come back to explore the area better!

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely be back!

The property was as described and very clean. The apartment is really big and offers a lot of space. The view of the golf course or the large trees in the front garden were also very nice to look at. Communication with Marie-Theres was very friendly and accommodating, so check-in and check-out via the key box were easy and hassle-free. We felt at home, nothing was missing. :)

Brigitte and Rob have it super well together! This quiet and beautiful stay was above expectations for us. We immediately felt welcome by the warm welcome we got and in this bnb you get incredibly worth your money. Everything is clean, tidy and in a super nice location with lots of nature. Communication is going great. This is an extraordinarily good airbnb! You can tell from everything that Brigitte is a host, a lot of passion and true love for the profession.
