House holiday rentals in Wackersdorf

I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

It was a simple uncomplicated stay where everything just fit. Wonderful support, quick answers, always helpful and available. I was particularly impressed by the very tasteful and modern clean apartment and bathroom furnishings. The kitchen was really equipped with everything you need, super clean and neatly arranged. Even a dishwasher was available. The absolutely perfect holiday to unwind. We can only recommend it from the heart and will be happy to come back

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

Christian was a great host and we had a great time at the house. Communication went smoothly and the house is really well equipped.

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

We had a lovely time in the house. It is all present and very clean.  Hot tub, sauna, table tennis, billiards, darts, etc are ideal for a great stay. They are friendly landlords who respond to the wishes of the guests. To plan the room occupancy, it may be said that 2 rooms are through rooms (you have to go through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom), which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great short break in a very nice accommodation. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished with a lot of love. The wellness area was a dream. The whirlpool was pure relaxation. In the sauna, you could really let your soul relax. The outdoor pool is a nice way to cool off on hot days. Thank you Sandra, we had a great break. 🙋🏻‍♀️

It was a perfect extended weekend in a great accommodation where you immediately felt comfortable. We will certainly take advantage of Gerlinde's incredibly friendly hospitality again. Thank you.

Florian is an extremely friendly and considerate host. The apartment is very spacious for the two of us, the view is fabulous: only nature, the location: very quiet. We really enjoyed our time there.

We liked it for a short stay in Amberg. Nicole gave us great instructions and the cozy cottage has everything you need!

We stayed 3 nights with our two kids. I have not experienced such a great host and accommodation. It is simply fantastic, everything imaginable is available. We would love to move in here. Very high level and very well maintained, clean and modernly furnished. Anyone who comes here will always come back. Even board games, 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen from A-Z. The couple was very friendly and we were briefed. It is rather modestly presented in the ad, in fact it is much more than described. Please take care of this lovingly furnished and well-maintained accommodation and leave it as you found it. We had a quasi-private villa for us with our own parking space and the Weiden Center was less than 5 minutes by car from us. A dream. We will surely come back in the summer. Wi-Fi was also available.

The house was quaint and in an idyllic location. Walks along the river with the swans swimming by was wonderful and the hike to the castle ruins was quick and easy and allowed for a beautiful view of the city and surrounding area. The cobblestone streets and one lane roads are reminiscent of a time gone by, and just add to the loveliness of the town. The home was as advertised, a home from the 1200's. The sign on the Brunntor just outside the house says 1250. It has been remodeled nicely but is severely in need of a through cleaning. The spider webs were abundant and just covered many of the art pieces. he house was well equipped with all you need to cook meals, and had ample space. The washing machine and dryer were convenient. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the view from the upstairs windows was divine. It is a bit chilly in the house this time of year as it is a bit drafty, so make sure to buy some wood from a local Toom store and use the woodstove.

The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which is heated with firewood. The fireplace and the spacious outdoor area have also made the stay special. The accommodation is very quiet and on the water, ideal for switching off. There were many towels available and the hosts were super friendly and always easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable!

There were seven of us and we had a super nice and pleasant stay for 4 days. There are many great activities - such as a climbing forest, a summer toboggan run and a forest wipfelweg - each only max. 15 min. by car and therefore easy to reach. The place was very cozy, clean and the surroundings are super nice, quiet and idyllic. The contact with the hostess was very friendly and easily accessible at all times. I highly recommend the accommodation, especially if you want to vacation in nature.

The three of us felt totally comfortable. The fireplace burned upon our arrival and Barbara welcomed us in a very friendly way. The apartment is tastefully decorated, modern and super well equipped. We could have breakfast on the patio in early March. Thank you for everything!

Very nice houses. We stayed there for 1 days on our way to Poland and it was fantastic. Comfortable beds, safe place to leave your car

Great place and great location. Close to train station and a short walk to downtown and the river. Dagmar was super responsive and helpful.

It was very nice at Claudia's, everything clean, as in the pictures, very cozy. Everything was fine, my husband was just startled by the train that ran behind the house but everything was good we'd like to 😅 come back

We were guests for the second time and it was very nice again. We felt like home, the place is close to the center (by car 15 min.) and has shopping nearby. We will always be happy to come back!

Communication with Walter and Martina was great, there was a lot of information, they were always available and very friendly. We recommend the place: the kitchen is super equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the sleeping gallery for the kids the hit. For very small children you have to be careful, because of the stairs to the sleeping gallery, unsecured sockets and decor/glass cabinets. We did not use the garden/games/TV, so we can't say anything about it. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a great, unfortunately far too short stay.
