Excellent budget stay near central Vung Tau. Very close to the beach even though there are some constructions going on there. Our kids had a great time swimming in the sea. The service and people at Mermaid Seaview is awesome. Everyone is so nice and caring. We will be back for sure!

Nice place to stay in Vung Tau. Near supermarket with restaurants and coffee shops. Near the beach but they are block now for renovation. Very good price for a nice place.

Very convenient location

An amazing stay in Vung Tau! The residence was everything I hoped for – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The pool was a highlight, so refreshing and surrounded by lush greenery. Having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient, and the host, Van, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and gave me great tips on exploring the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Vung Tau. We’ll definitely be back!

We rented here for two nights, a big family. there was bed for everyone. we did enjoy outside food and also cooked food inside. air conditioning was functioning very well and cold. it was comfortable and we did find everything we needed. host always reply fast.

First, the host was proactive and responsive to my questions and concerns! They made sure I felt comfortable renting the property. Upon arriving, I met their butler who was very friendly and down-to-earth. The property is beautiful. It's located in the hills of the city, so you can see the entire city and its beauty during the day and at night. Enjoying the skyline at night while relaxing in the warm colorful lit pool was the signature of the trip. The pool is 1.6m at the deepest end, which is good for me since I'm tall. The furniture and floors were spotless and the altitude of the property ensures that there's always a fresh breeze rolling through the windows. The karaoke machine worked perfectly and sound proofing was great, so you can sing late into the night without bothering neighbors. Lastly, they provide many amenities such as a mini bar, cooking tools, mosquito repellent, and towels. It truly felt luxurious and recommend to anyone who wants a private getaway in the hills.

There was no problem at all when I checked in. She did her best to explain it to us. Since it was on the side of the road, it was so convenient when using Grab Car, and there was no place that couldn't be moved. They provided a daily cleaning service, so we always kept it clean during our stay. However, the unfortunate thing is that the location is on the side of the road, so I suffered from noise at dawn.

The place is nice for family gatherings, host is super responsive, the only problem we were having issues with were the reception dest, they were rude and uneducated. Do not try to ask them questions they will cursed you out.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

A wonderful place with a nice view of the ocean on the more quiet side of Vung Tau. It’s a good place to stay if you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city center, but a short drive to the popular beaches and restaurants. Thắng is an amazing host that is very considerate and accommodating.

The apartments are located on the highest floors of the building, which allows you to get a magnificent view of the ocean and surroundings. Despite the noisy neighbors, you can't hear them at all in the apartment. You will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The door opens with a pin code that needs to be remembered. This allows you not to carry the key anywhere with you. The apartments have a chic balcony. Unlike other balconies in this building, it is equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs and small armchairs. We enjoyed sunsets and evenings with a cup of local coffee. There is a public swimming pool on site. By the pool from 6-00 they sell coffee, soda and ice cream at store prices. The ocean can change the coastline by 50 meters due to the tide. At low tide you can find interesting shells, starfish, crabs and shrimps. We had a great rest and almost did not pay attention to the shortcomings.
