Excellent value for money, great location and very cute apartment. bed is comfy, aircon is great and shower is adequate. Highly recommend Rosa's apartment for a budget friendly accomodation in Ho Chi Minh city :)

There is a polo on the doorstep, breakfast is not bad, and there is a kebab shop which is delicious! Also delicious Convenient location and not loud, not far from the airport drive The host is patient and kind, proactively assisting guests with questions, the interior is welcoming, lots of plants, and a lovely kitchen to use

We booked this villa for the group 14 people.this place is amazing. I can’t imagine, how beautiful it is. I love the way how they decorate , the bed super comfy, bedroom look beautiful if I can give them 10 star, I will . I like how they treat us. And made us Feel like family. The owner was super nice. We asked for more towels more trash bag , he give anything we ask for. He gave us some fresh coconut. We are very appreciate for that. We love the cleaning lady too. She is very sweet, kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this place again.

Amazing all round

Great place if you are traveling solo for a couple days! Clean and good location

Wow, this apartment was absolutely incredible! Perfect location on the top floor with a stunning sea view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, The building has a large swimming pool and a gym, And it’s just a 5-minute walk to a huge supermarket (Lotte Mart). But the best part? The owner! She speaks excellent English and is always ready to help with anything. Truly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She made everything so easy and pleasant. Her apartment is simply perfect — I highly recommend it!

I extended my stay here for a total of 2 1/2 months. It is a modern and clean apartment in a high rise complex. Nice view of the city and sea (from a distance) and the sunset from the balcony. Walking distance to many things including modern market. Would recommend a motorbike to explore the entire city. Air conditioning works well as does washing machine. The host responds quickly and is very responsive, pleasant and helpful. I hope to return here again some day.
