And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

Charming gîte for peace and nature lovers!

For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Le Chaumont

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein liebevoll umgebautes, ehemaliges Bienenhaus. Es liegt umgeben von einem großen und ruhigen Garten, mit alten Obstbäumen, vielfältigen Pflanzen und einer Liegewiese. Für Kinder gibt es Platz zum Spielen, eine Schaukel, eine Sandbox und Wippe. Die schöne Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und zu Ausflügen an die nahegelegene Mosel ein.
