Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vulcano

Absolutely fantastic - best vacation so far. The island is a wonderland for hiking, biking, diving, great food and people. Incredible.

The place was fantastically beautiful, we felt comfortable right away. In reality, it was almost more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is insanely well equipped. Everything is available for cooking, including oil and spices. There was even food available for the first evening. Just like for the first breakfast. The family is very friendly and caring. The view is beautiful. Here you can experience fantastic sunsets overlooking the island of Vulcano. Only the access to the property is very adventurous. A small car is needed here.

With my friends we had a wonderful week at Nicoletta's house, who in addition to being super kind and hospitable gave us great tips on places to visit (especially the great restaurants!). The house matches the photos, has a lot of outdoor space, it is furnished in a minimal and tasteful style, perfect for 4 people and surrounded by greenery, flowers, citrus fruits and capers. We especially appreciated the outdoor showers given the great heat this summer! In the area there are bars, restaurants (including Le Macine that we fell in love with) the bus stop 2 meters away. In the house there is also a large space where you can park mopeds like us or a car. Thank you for everything Nicoletta (and Maria), we hope to be back very soon!

The place is beautifully situated on the hillside overlooking Lipari, Vulcano and even Etna with a clear view. It is super quiet and you have everything you need. A small supermarket and the bus stop close by. Graziano is a great host, always available and super helpful, no matter what. We felt really super comfortable. If you want to explore the island, you should rent a car. I can absolutely recommend the place!

The property was better than the description. It was ammaculately clean. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated. The appliances were all of a high standard as was the furniture beds ect. Very spacious place. No negatives at all. Ellena was very helpful and responded to all queries promptly. Would stay again.

I would absolutely recommend Carla’s place! The location is perfect, right on the Main Street and a minute away from the beach! The view is fantastic and even better in person. The place felt very comfortable and homely. Thank you Carla

AMAZING stay with Rossella and Luciano at the casetta. The view is INCREDIBLE and in a peaceful and tranquil location. Rossella and Luciano are on-site and extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. We would come back here in a heartbeat!! The amenities are great and close to everything! 4 mins to Canneto and Lipari port for groceries, beaches, restaurants and easy to get to all other parts of the island. You will need some form of transportation whilst staying. You can taxi, bus, or rent a scooter at the port right away upon arriving and the rental place will help you transport suitcases. Do not attempt to walk. Maps are not accurate at finding the place so I recommend following the video Rossella sends if driving yourself. The WiFi is spotty if more than one device are connected, so we had to use hotspots for our computers to work. we highly recommend staying here and will happily return!!!!

I feel at home in the clean apartment furnished with a lot of love. Martina is a wonderful, warm and kind person who was always there for me. She gave me a sense of security and she was always there with advice and action. In addition, I love the spacious terrace with the beautiful view. It was all perfect!! I can wholeheartedly recommend. ❤️ I want to come back someday.

We rented the scooter on the waterfront. Alessandro loaded our luggage into his car and drove us to the rental. After that we went home. A beautiful apartment immersed in a family setting. You will meet Alessandro's father who wakes up every morning to work the land. Upon our arrival, Alessandro gave us some capers he had grown and freshly picked grapes. The terrace is something indescribable. We had two wonderful aperitifs with sunset views of Alicudi and Filicudi. Then at night you can admire a starry sky like nowhere else. In addition, Alessandro made his barbecue and a coffee table with all the lights outside available. My boyfriend and I organized a fish grill that we will never forget. Finally, Alessandro was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended for those who want to stay a little further out from the center of Lipari and enjoy the island

We loved Lorenzo’s little apartment. It was peaceful, had lovely views, comfortable accommodation and we could walk everywhere. Malfa is a quaint, authentic village and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there and would highly recommend Lorenzo’s place

We spent a few very nice days in Susanna's Chalet Limoni, which is the ideal size for 2 people. The apartment is well furnished and corresponds to the description. The location is great, a great starting point for walking visits to the city, as well as for the entire island. Susanna is a very nice hostess. We were picked up at the ferry and got all the important information. We'd come back any time.

I had the most beautiful stay at Rosy’s place! From the start she was super helpful with communicating and helped set up a taxi to pick me up at the port due to weather. She welcomed me at the property and was a lovely host! Gave recommendations for restaurants, beaches… Woke up one morning with jam on the front porch. Rosy was such a good host and was always available if I needed anything, made the stay an amazing experience. As a solo traveler I could not have asked for a better place to stay!

The house exactly matches the description, very close to the sea and very clean. Everything is tidy and perfect! We needed a place that would allow us to relax without the need to move by any means to reach the sea and services (bars, pizzerias, markets, etc.) and we found it. Thank you Enrico

Giulio welcomed us with courtesy and kindness. Punctual and always available for any eventuality, he provided us with useful tips on things to do on the island and places to visit. The house is very nice, with a terrace overlooking the sea that is really beautiful. Convenient location just a stone's throw from the main square and the port. Definitely a positive experience. Absolutely recommended

We had an awesome time in Alessandros Place. It was probably the best place we stayed in all our travels around Sicily. Very cozy and clean, great location and Alessandro was really kind and caring. Overall a great experience!

Thank you Valentina for a wonderful stay in your amazing apartment. We felt very much at home and felt very sad when we had to leave. The apartment is extremely comfortable and the balcony is superb. We spent as much time as possible there. We cooked a number of meals in the lovely kitchen and had all the necessary equipment required. This was the perfect place for four adults to stay, close to the harbour, restaurants and cafes and a supermarket across the street. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof top deck was perfect for late afternoon drinks. We would love to come back but it’s a long way from Australia!

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.

Great place especially for the price. Equipped with everything you need. The room is a bit dark dark, but with a nice balcony. The apartment is surrounded by neighbors so don't expect it to be completely quiet all the time (thin walls). The communication with the host Margherita was easy and pleasant. All in all a convenient affordable place to spend the vacation.

A peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. Catie is kind, thoughtful and generous. She made us enjoy the products of her beautiful garden and gave our son a nice gift!She picked us up from the pier and dropped us off on the day of our departure. Her place is a great fit and we can't wait to return home to Vulcano to spend more time. Thank you Catie!

We had a great time. Even though the apartment is a bit outdated, it has everything needed. Tiny shower (if you are a larger person you simply won’t fit), no balcony or outdoor space. Large windows, well equipped kitchen, great location. Great host, would highly recommend.

The stay was perfect, excellent cleanliness and especially location of the studio, close to port, bus, scooter/car rentals, center. Sergio is a very nice guy and gave us a lot of advice on how to get around, and there are a lot of brochures in the house. The only small flaw of the studio is that, being close to the port, it is a bit noisy early in the morning, not being people of the sea we had not considered this factor. However, this does not imply a negative judgment, as everything else was perfect.

Marcella's place was an oasis of peace in the middle of nature. If Lipari is already a magical place surrounded by nature, the place is even more so. The photos don't do the place justice. I HIGHLY recommend booking with them. Not too far from the city, but with magnificent views, impeccable cleanliness and constant kindness and availability from Marcella and Kevin. It's worth every euro spent on the reservation.
