Two entrance avenues lead to the house, one on the Punta Scario bay side and the other on the Via Nilo side of the town center. It consists of a double bedroom with bathroom and private terrace overlooking the sea, a bedroom with two single beds with a solution for another double bed, a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a double sofa bed, a second bathroom and a large second terrace with sea and sunset views.

The seafront terrace overlooking the Vulcano Island is surrounded by a low-rising platform called 'bisola' delicately adorned with Sicilian ceramic tiles. The house is surrounded by 1500 square metres of garden space.
