Charming cottage in the countryside near Tidaholm / Hökensås

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The surroundings invite to rest and recovery. If you want to come up with something, there is much to explore. Hökensås is not far away with the possibility of both bike ride, hiking, hunting and fishing. The beautiful town of Hjo with Lake Vättern is about 30 km away. The cottage is built in 2021, fully equipped and best suited for 2 people. But it's okay to live more than that. The cottage is suitable for people with disabilities. The host lives in the house next door.

Fridslund

This modern cottage was built by Treesign - Tiny Homes of Sweden with eco-friendly and natural materials. It is located on the host's property next to the forest edge with blueberries and mushrooms close by. With the church as a neighbor and chickens and turkeys on the plot, this is a real rural idyll. Nearby there are cycling opportunities, the fishing paradise of Baltak fly fishing and Hökensås nice lakes for swimming and fishing. Canoes and bicycles are available to borrow. The small cozy town of Tidaholm is 3 km away.

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the creek and the mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchenette (not for cooking but there is microwave and kettle ) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the plot is the owner's residence and a detached little house with simple shower and small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with creeks, gardens, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouse, fruit trees, discounts and a forest and pasture view. A dog lives here.

Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the pristine lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

Homely decorated mill from the beginning of the 19th century

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs it was a carpentry workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is located in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa baths. Woodstove in the kitchen.Sauna is available.

Old cottage newly renovated in mix of old and modern style. Big porch with new gardenfurniture. Located on icelandichorse farm just outside Skövde. Compact living with all you need including modern kitchen with dishwasher. Double bed 80+80. 10 minutes drive to city center. Walk out in the forrest behind the house. Courtyard and porch with fence where a dog can play.

You'll love my place because of the small cottage's pleasant location in a cultural landscape that fits different ages. The cottage is on the plot where we also live. Suitable for solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
