Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. One with nature, cozy large newly renovated cottage in a peaceful area. Are you into beach, forest, holiday town life, MTB, golf, paddle, Fårup Sommerland or just a trip away from it all? There's something for everyone here. The house is kept in its original style with space and air for holidays with up to 2 families (9 guests). Regardless of the weather, outdoor showers, wilderness baths, cold water tubs and saunas can be enjoyed. House, annex and carport create shelter, and are connected by a wooden terrace and small lawn with the possibility of various outdoor activities.

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Here you can recharge in the quiet surroundings - and the cottage offers all the basic necessities; The cottage consists of a room and a bathroom. In the large room, there is a nice bed (140 cm/three-quarter), kitchen facilities with, among other things, a dishwasher, sofa (sofa bed), dining area and entrance. The small functional bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

Backyard ☀️🏡⛱️ In the backyard of our townhouse, there is a newly built and cozy annex with high ceilings. Close to the beach, city and shopping, and with its own terrace, where dinner can be grilled and enjoyed until the last rays of the sun. There is room for 4 adults, divided into one bedroom on the ground floor and in addition a loft on the 1st floor. The annex has its own terrace and entrance, but includes the possibility of a "good morning" to us, as it is located in our backyard 👫🏼👋🏻 Free parking on public roads.

My cozy apartment is centrally located in the city with a short distance to the sea, city center and shopping. The style leads the mind to the sea, the dunes and the special charm of the bathhouses. The apartment is 82 sqm with 2 bedrooms with 3/4 bed, as well as a connected living room/kitchen. There is direct access to a beautiful west-facing terrace with views of the dunes and the city's rooftops. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is a sofa bed that turns into a nice double bed in 2 minutes as well as a loft with room for two.

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
