A living room with an equipped kitchen and an extra bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub will provide you with great relaxation after a challenging mountain hike. A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

The cottage is located in a secluded area in the protective zone of the Krkonoše National Park. It was built in 1936 and it's partially renovated. There can accommodate 8 people. The whole house is at your disposal. The price includes wood for heating, electricity, cleaning, bedding, towels, tea, coffee and the city fee. Pets are welcome for a fee of 150 CZK/night, payable during your stay. Access is uphill via a forest road. At the winter time we park 450m below the hill.

It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
