The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. In addition, it is located on the outskirts of the city at the beginning of the mountains in the area called the "gate" to the Krkonoše Mountains. It is ideal for trips in the mountains, and it is easily accessible both by car and from hiking trails. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, electric stove and kettle. It has 4 beds - one bunk bed and a folding bed.
