Our duplex apartment with terrace is located in a quiet and sunny part of Horní Maršov (7 km from Pec pod Sněžkou and 7 km from Jánské Lázně) with a beautiful view of the local hunting lodge, parish and church on the edge of the forest, yet 450 m from the center. The place is suitable for all ages, families with children and pets. There is a barbecue area. Parking space under the patio - open garage. The cottage is located in a secluded area in the protective zone of the Krkonoše National Park. It was built in 1936 and it's partially renovated. There can accommodate 8 people. The whole house is at your disposal. The price includes wood for heating, electricity, cleaning, bedding, towels, tea, coffee and the city fee. Pets are welcome for a fee of 150 CZK/night, payable during your stay. Access is uphill via a forest road. At the winter time we park 450m below the hill.

Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
