From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The swimming area is only 50 meters from the house. The apartment has a large south-facing balcony overlooking the Kieferbach and the large Traithen.

From KaiserInn, you can walk 10 minutes to the Kaiser Ascent, the perfect starting point for hikes to the Kaiser Mountains. The old town, the Kaiserlift, a free ski shuttle (in winter) are also within walking distance.
