You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. 'The Birdhouse' is hidden amongst the trees in a quiet spot on park Bosrijk Ruighenrode. In the garden you can spot many birds and squirrels. It is a great place for people who like walking and cycling! Three of the four bedrooms, one bathroom (with a shower in the bathtub) and a separate toilet are situated downstairs. The luxery bathroom upstairs has a sauna and steamcabine. It is a great place to stay with kids and there is ample space. Come and visit the house to enjoy the peace and quiet!

Casa de amigos (rural location)

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Greenhouse: Quiet location in the centre of Velp

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. If you want, dive in our pool or enjoy our sauna! (20 euro)

Gelegen nabij het centrum, 5 min met de auto, 10 min met de fiets , Wekelijkse markt Huisdieren niet toegestaan (toer.bel. 1,85pppn) Alleen recreatief gebruik Laadpaal elektrische auto aanwezig tegen betaling.

In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

This beautiful vacation home is located in the Achterhoek in the middle of the forest. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice place to unwind, enjoy the greenery and discover the surroundings. There is a large forest garden with a trampoline and a playhouse with swings. In the garden, there are several seats and a small fire can be lit here. In consultation, an early check-in around noon and a late check-out around 3 p.m. is usually possible.
