Gelegen op een kleinschalig bospark, aan het Pieterpad en Landgoed 't Zand. Een 375 hectare groot natuurgebied met (naald)bos, heide, vennetjes en zandpaden. Zelhem, ook wel het Groene Hart van de Achterhoek genoemd. Centraal gelegen en de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een avontuurlijke wandel- of fietsvakantie of juist even helemaal niets.
