Here you have your own little house with space for up to 4 people. The guest house is located in Cologne-Mülheim, on the right bank of the Rhine, the multi-cultural metropolis of "Schäl Sick". Located close to the Rhine, you can get to the city quickly thanks to the good transport links. The entire guest house was renovated and refurbished in spring 2021 and offers comfort and cosiness. The granny apartment is quietly located in a residential area, but still central. The train station is only 1.2 km away and can be easily reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. From there you can reach Cologne and Düsseldorf by train in just 15 - 20 minutes. The BayArena stadium is in the immediate vicinity (800 m). There is also a nice adventure pool & sauna here. The pedestrian zone of Leverkusen (1.1 km) offers a large shopping center with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is quiet, located in green surroundings with a fast S-Bahn connection to the city center/cathedral (about 15 minutes) or to the trade fair/Deutz. The highway (A3) is also only about 10 minutes away. The non-smoking apartment is located in the attic, is bright and friendly and consists of a living/sleeping room with fully equipped open kitchen and spacious dining area, a separate bedroom (box spring bed) and a shower room. Freestanding solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden with terrace and barbecue, renovated in December 2016 / January 2017. Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.
