From the quiet residential area you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes and can therefore be ideally used as a starting point for any activities (e.g. with the Hochschwarzwald Card). Our duplex apartment is located in a small residential complex with several apartments. The 80 square meter apartment sleeps up to five people. In the spacious living room with open kitchen, you can make yourself comfortable after a day of hiking, mountain biking or skiing. The balcony offers you morning sun and a wonderful view of Schönwald. The quiet location at the end of a dead end road ensures relaxation as well as the in-house sauna and swimming pool.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
