These are two apartments. A small apartment with a double bed and a large loft apartment over two floors with two double beds and 2 sofa beds. So a total of up to 8 people can comfortably stay in this accommodation. By the way, it is not more central in the beautiful Vohenstra!

The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Enjoy the sensational view through the all-glass front into nature and at the villa built in 1896. Relax in our lounge corner on the gallery and take a break from everyday life.

The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about a 3-minute walk away.

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. The vacation home is located in Winklarn, a small town, home to a baker, butcher and pastry chef. The next largest city of Oberviechtach with all shopping is only 6 km away. It is at ground level, barrier-free, surrounded by a large garden. It is heated with electricity and a fireplace/wood. Hot water is prepared by a water heater.
