This newly renovated two-room apartment is located near the Weiden Süd motorway exit. After the entrance area you get directly into the apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. In the living area there is a sofa bed. A dining table with three chairs is also available. In the bedroom, in addition to the 1.80x2.0m bed, there is a wardrobe and a clothes rack. In the bathroom there is also a bathtub in addition to the shower. The guest parking lot is on the property.

Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a jacuzzi with wooden light, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about a 3-minute walk away.

It is quietly located in the lower part of our house and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is ample parking and, of course, a private entrance.
