More than 20 years ago we bought the Scheiche House, a detached house in the beautiful Vogelsberg volcanic region. In the past, the farmhouse consisted of a residential building, a stable and the barn. We both worked in tourism and led a holiday village for a long time. When we retired, we decided it was impossible without guests! We have always dreamed of renovating the old barn of our house – and now it was the right time.
