The property is the perfect base for cycling trips, hikes and day trips to the surrounding towns/regions. Spa resorts and various exhibition grounds are not too far away. In a few minutes you can reach the A2 and A30 highways. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
