Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vlieland

We had a great week on Texel with our family! There is a lot to do and the house was a fine and spacious starting point where we slept wonderfully. The garden (and the nice weather) gave us the opportunity to have a Kubb competition every night. Directly across the street is a bird lake, we climbed several times with binoculars over a farm fence to spot birds. The kitchen was better than in most airbnb's, that was also nice.

Had a great vacation! The space was as described. Nice landlord. Super location right in the holiday park. We will be happy to come back.

A great experience on the most beautiful wadden island (all seen now) The house was cozy and stylish . Our whole group (8 and a toddler ) found a sleeping place 3 bathrooms and a lovely garden where the kids and we could stay . There were plenty of toys but no time for because the cottage is located in the village at the shops and bicycles rental ( 1 min from daan ) nice cycling fish food and are on the beach. We also did the excursion with the safari bus fly thirst. Also recommended !!

Fantastically enjoyed the cottage! Easily accessible by car and then only a few minutes away from the centre of the holiday park, including the bike rental and supermarket. The house itself was the perfect place for us to enjoy our mini-vacation when we were done with the many activities that are possible on Texel!

It was a second holiday on Texel for us and again a very nice experience. Ursula's house offers everything a vacationer could wish for, from perfect kitchen, comfortable house to cozy garden with all accessories. The house is located in a really quiet holiday domain, has privacy and is an ideal base for cycling (via the nearby junction 28) and hiking. The shop on the property itself had little choice but De Plus (a little further to downtown Cocksdorp was a real comfort. Highly recommend as a holiday stay as far as we are concerned!!

We had a very nice family weekend with 7 adults and two babies. The house has plenty of space and tranquility. A large living space, and bedrooms. On the bikes with support it is wonderful to explore the island.

Esther's cottage in the Dorpsstraat is exactly what we were looking for: in a cozy but also quiet place, with everything we needed at our reach. A cozy cottage in addition, all of Vlielands and equipped with all the comforts. And: with a backyard where you can sit. Also so nice: through Esther's membership you can play tennis at the local association. Feeling closer to your Vlielander can't come in three days, highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable at Corine and John's attic apartment. The apartment was furnished with attention to detail, very clean and well equipped. We lacked nothing. Check in and check out was straightforward. Corine and John speak great German and were totally likeable and helpful at all times. The location of the apartment in a quiet street, close to the center and the beach were ideal. The parking lot on the property was convenient. Our stay exceeded our expectations due to the listing. We can really recommend the two of them and their apartment from the heart.

We had a wonderful holiday at Peter & Inge's. They are fantastic hosts, starting with the warm welcome where we immediately felt welcome and "at home" to the friendly communication with various questions. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday and we lacked nothing. The location of the apartment invites you to take a walk in the dunes and to the nearby beach. Day trips to Volendam, Alkmaar or Medemblik are also available and are highly recommended. We enjoyed the time in this gem very much and thank Peter & Inge for the warm hospitality. We would be delighted if you would welcome us again as guests.

We had a wonderful stay on Texel! The accommodation near Paal 17 was perfect for our holiday – quietly located, but still close to the beach and many beautiful excursion destinations. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything you need and lovingly furnished – you felt right at home. We would especially like to highlight the hostess Kim, she was always very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. We are grateful that we were allowed to be there.

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their welcome, we immediately felt like we were on holiday. The apartment is very nice and decorated with care and good taste. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

What a nice stay we had! Super friendly people. Beautiful place and very central location. We were with 2 young children and this was very easy to do! Certainly subject to repetition! Who knows, maybe next year!😉

Great books available, inspiring. And the choice of music is also interesting and original. The house has everything you need, well maintained, but not superfluous or confusing. Atmospherically decorated, candles and beautiful light. It is as neat as if it were a private household. We are fans of the island cottage!

A great accommodation, well located, clean, everything you need for a few days on Texel, restaurants, supermarket, bike rental all within walking distance. Parking spaces are easy to reach. Communication with Marjolein was great! We felt very comfortable and she made everything possible.

We had a nice stay here. Good information for check in, and at check in everything that is needed. Lovely to sit outside, although this is not very sheltered. Within a minute or two in the middle of the dunes, waking up with sounds and during our stay wonderfully quiet!

Had a nice stay here! We slept in apartment room 6, where the terrace was on the courtyard garden. In the morning it stayed cool in the room and in the evening we could enjoy a sun on our terrace. The room looks well cared for. Great bathroom, nice bed, convenient kitchen. The interior is quite basic, but nice and quiet. What I would like myself is if you don't have to bring your own towels. A bottle of hand soap and a shower mat would also be useful.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and close to the ferry terminal. Our hosts were friendly.

We had a great time. On the weekend it was sometimes very loud, because in the parking lot opposite many tuners met. During the week it was super quiet and we would love to come back

We felt very comfortable in the apartment on the Sonnenhof. Everything was very clean and as described. The location was tip-top, beach/forest/shopping/city all within walking distance. All communication was quick and hassle-free. The only downside: things for everyday needs are scarce and easy to get when needed. In summary: We will be happy to come back anytime!

We were really very satisfied with our place. In particular, the location is really great. Perhaps some additional information: due to the fact that there are only privacy blinds in the kitchen and next to the bed in the accommodation, it is of course very quickly bright in the apartment in the morning in summer.

The apartment is modern, cosy and stylishly furnished. I only needed a bench or chair to sit outside. For a weekend, the apartment is well suited, for longer I would miss a cooking facility.
