Here you live in a quiet area in central Visby, only a 5-10 minute walk to the Ring Wall. Large kitchen, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, bedroom 1 and 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with 120 bed, bedroom 4 with two 90 beds. Large patio with outdoor furniture, sunbeds as well as gas grill and charcoal grill, sunny position all day, as well as evening sun and also garden. Garage and Driveway with space up to 4 cars. Njut av lugnet på landet i detta totalrenoverade hus med ca 10 min både till Visby och till Gnisvärd och Tofta strand. Det är ett perfekt utgångsläge för att upptäcka ön i alla riktningar. Här kan man koppla av på en stor tomt (7000kvm) omgiven av grönska och betande kor utan störande grannar och avskilt från vägen. Welcome to our cozy stall and our place on earth on the east side of Gotland, where stress and everyday routines are a thing of the past. Here you live easily with the sea as a neighbor. But there is also the former fishing camp, a few cottages and permanent residents and our animals as neighbors. Here you go to swim, walk or just enjoy this beautiful nature. In high season, it's a little more here, but low season you can basically be alone.
