Beautiful and beachy house with walking distance to the sea and overlooking the Karl Islands on the stunning Ekakusten on Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the noise of the waves and look out over the sea and the Karl Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the nice pool. There's also a patio for a rainy summer day.

Ett unikt & lyxigt boende! Villan, som är byggd 2022, ligger på ett privat läge med fri utsikt mot äng och skogsområde samt har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. I vårt boende ingår även en elcykel med lastutrymme. Välkomna!

Pleasant apartment of 3 r o k. Large terrace with lovely sea view at Snäck, 3 km from Visby The apartment is at Snäck, 3 km outside the wall. Close to nature trails and water. On the property's roof there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We rent to attentive tenants only. You should be smoke and pets free and respectful of house rules.
