The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. Beautiful house with private garden, pool and orangery in southern Visby. The garden borders the edge of the forest and is free from prying eyes and offers lovely outdoor spaces. In the area around the pool there are sun loungers, a wood-fired pizza oven, a barbecue and a table with seating for eight people. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.
